Absolute Waste of Money

I received my display stand today and it is a flimsy and does not support the LEGO. The stalks are too lose when added to the base so it does not provide the adequate support. The cross support is also very loose and easily detaches from the stalks. Poor engineering.

We're sorry to hear there was a fit issue with your stand. If you ever have any issues with any of our stands, you are always more than welcome to reach out to us directly and we will do what we can to make it right for you. In your case, have you tried to flip the base over and see if the stalks fit better on the opposite side? Or tried placing the stalks in different slots as well? Sometimes because of the way the lasers cut the acrylic, some pieces end up only really fitting in certain orientations. If you have tried these methods and still find that the pieces are fitting loosely, please let us know and we will figure out next steps.
