Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Processing time is in addition to carrier transit time. We take care to ensure every order is accurate and complete before it ships. If you have questions about your order status, please contact our support team.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the winter holiday season, processing may take additional time. We appreciate your patience.

US Shipping (Contiguous 48 States)

We offer two delivery options for orders shipping within the contiguous United States:

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Orders $19.99 and above ship free
  • Orders under $19.99 ship for a flat rate of $5.99

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

Flat rate based on package weight:

  • 0–3 lbs: $7.99
  • 3–5 lbs: $8.99
  • 5–10 lbs: $9.99
  • 10+ lbs: $14.99

Carrier and service level are selected by us to best meet the advertised delivery window.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.

Canada

We ship to Canada via Economy International shipping (6–10 business days). Rates are calculated in Canadian dollars based on your order total:

International Orders

Returns

Unopened and unused items may be returned at customer's expense for up to 30 days for a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect as a result of our error, let us know and we will arrange to have replacement parts sent to you.

Most Brickcessories products are designed for standard LEGO® brick dimensions, which are shared by many compatible brick brands. However, fit may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Yes. Most Brickcessories products require minor assembly or installation onto your existing model.

Most accessories can be installed in just a few minutes and involve only a few simple steps.

Each product includes clear instructions to guide you through the process. Our basic display stands typically require no tools, while display cases may require a Phillips head screwdriver for assembly.

The background artwork is intentionally printed on the inside of the display case.

This design provides two important benefits:

  • Protection: The artwork is protected from accidental damage during cleaning, handling, or moving the case.

  • Reduced glare: The matte finish helps minimize reflections and glare, ensuring your display and model remain the focal point.

This approach helps keep the artwork looking clean, sharp, and protected over time.

With this in mind, build your case so that the other pieces connect to the appropriate sides of the back panel. This may mean you have to flip a piece over to find a proper connection point.

All of our acrylic products ship with a protective film on both sides to prevent scratches during manufacturing and shipping.

Before assembly, please remove the protective coating from each acrylic panel. Once the film is removed, the acrylic will appear clear and glossy as intended.

You can use the included orange scraper to help lift and peel the protective film from the edges of the panels.

Acrylic parts are precision-cut, but small variations in material thickness can sometimes cause the fit to feel slightly loose or tight.

First, try flipping the plate over and inserting the upright from the opposite side. This often resolves the issue.

If the fit still isn’t ideal:

  • If the connection is loose:
    Apply a small piece of clear tape around the upright tab to slightly increase thickness and create a snug fit.

If the connection is tight: Lightly use a small file or fine sandpaper on the tab to reduce its thickness slightly until the pieces fit comfortably.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery status. You can also use our chat option on our website to get an update on your order.

If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us at contact@brickcessories.com with your order number and photos of the issue, as well as the picking ticket or invoice that came with your order (if you still have it). If you’re able to provide any photos of the damaged packaging, please include that as well.

We will be happy to help troubleshoot or quickly arrange a replacement part.

Acrylic Panel Quick Care Guide

To keep your acrylic panels clear and scratch-free, follow these simple care steps.

Cleaning

  • - Use a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust.
  • - If you need to do more than dust, clean with warm water and a small drop of mild dish soap, and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.

What to Avoid

Do not use:

  • - Paper towels
  • - Glass cleaners or ammonia-based cleaners
  • - Alcohol or acetone
  • - Rough cloths or abrasive sponges

These can scratch or permanently cloud the acrylic surface.
