When I found this site selling display cases for WAY CHEAPER than others, I immediately purchased it. Just to find out, what you pay for is what you get. This display case was $185. I guess I know now that there’s a reason why. Let me just give you my entire take on this product.
This case is shipped in a ridiculously large box. There’s literally no reason why they should be shipping out this product in such a humongous cardboard box. It’s the size of 2 of these cases. Just flat out unnecessary.
Here’s a good thing. The pieces are packaged really nicely. With layers of cling wrap and bubble wrap to protect the acrylic. Just Great work.
Had a hard time with the instructions at first because they were a bit hard to rid and just confusing at times but I was able to manage.
There’s a part in the instructions where it says to take the bottom and top shelf and screw 1 cube into the the little hole that’s on the bottom and top panel so that they are snug into the back panel.. BOTH my top and bottom panel did not have that little hole in the middle. So either they sent me defective pieces or they straight up don’t care what they have in their instructions and what’s actually being shipped out.
They include studs to put into each shelf panel which is great because I actually don’t own a lot so I wouldn’t have been able to use my own.
But the thing is… the holes that are on the shelf are way too big to even hold the studs. The studs fit so loose that once you put a figure on it, it just completely falls back.
Once the entire product is built, The figures cannot even be displayed because it’s SO FLIMSY. The shelf pieces don’t even properly fit into the back panel so it causes them to fall into a dip. Seriously?? This thing was NOT cheap $185 might look like a good deal because other companies are selling cases like this for around $300-$400. This really is the budget display case. I wouldn’t recommend this product. If you really need a case that bad, just save your money and buy the more expensive options from other companies.
