Assembly was horrible as the instructions might as well be non existent. You will be half way through assembly to find out that you have assembled a directional piece upside down because there are no markings. The shelves do not stay in the slots and pop out over time causing the possibility of them breaking like mine did. I also had a bottom piece of the acrylic backer snap off when the bottom shelve was slotted in. Overall for $229 I am not happy with this product.
I thought it was a made product. Can I return them?

It came with no instructions on how to attach the piece. As I try my house keeps falling apart. This was not a great buy and I bought for 3 other things. Can only imagine that my $100 was wasted

Now my Jet is coming down for a landing next to the Mansion
The holder fantastic, easy to assemble, the stand is clear so it makes the ship look like it’s floating.
Great display as advertised and described. The only that i didn't notice or realize is that the astromech droid does not fit on the minifig plate symmetrically. But I don't really mind.
Loved how simple it was to put together. The additional suggestions of using glue to make it more durable, even though it's durable and stable already, and what glue not to use because of the risk of damaging it. I will most definitely order from them again!
This is shockingly expensive for basic 3D printed plastic. Nnone of the pieces fit cleanly into the slots. Every piece broke on install. Tried to contact support 4 times and the email they provided and they never responded any time. There's literally no way to get a replacement or refund or help of all kind. Beware.

In regards to your issue, we don't 3D print any of our stands, we use acrylic and then cut the acrylic into the stand pieces using a laser. These acrylic pieces are often covered in a protective coating to prevent scratching and any other kind of damage during transit. It looks like the stand was attempted to be built with the covering still on, which most likely led to that tight fit and breakage during assembly.
Regardless, we will of course send you replacement pieces as soon as possible. We will reach out directly to you to coordinate this further.

Some of them you barely touch them and the vertical connection piece falls right out of the base. Great if you can keep them in a sturdy location.

Thank you for taking the time to review our stand. We're sorry to hear there was a fit issue with your stalks and base. One suggestion we have that might help is trying to attach the pieces from different angles/sides. For example, try flipping the base over and attaching the stalks from that side. Or try flipping the stalk 180 degrees and attaching it to the base that way. Sometimes, because of the way the lasers cut the acrylic, the pieces will fit better in some orientations instead of others. Another quick solution is to put some invisible tape on the connection points of the stalks to add some extra thickness and make the connection sturdier.

Everything snapped together nicely and I can actually display them attractively now. I did find the mclaren the most finicky and gave it extra studs to attach to.
