In regards to your stand, if you could please provide us with any photos and/or video of the issue, we would greatly appreciate it, as it could help us identify what may have gone wrong in the production of the stand. Sometimes because of the way the lasers cut, there is a possibility that the studs fit better on the other side of the stand. But sometimes mistakes happen and cuts don't happen correctly, and you may have received a rare defective item. Either way, we would be more than happy to send you a replacement stand at no cost to you if you would like!
