Shipping

We strive to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). This processing time is in addition to the time required for the carrier to deliver the package to your location. We pride ourselves in quality and accuracy, so this additional time allows us to make sure your order is 100% correct. If you have any questions or concerns about your order status or delivery time, please contact our support department.

Please note: During the winter holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and special sales, shipping may take additional time. Our small team works hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping Policy

Many items now ship free within the U.S. regardless of order total. Orders over $35 dollars, after discounts, also now ship free within the U.S. When selecting free shipping as your delivery option, the carrier and service level will be at our discretion and will typically arrive within 3-8 days.

For our international customers, we apologize that we can't offer free overseas shipping on your orders. We are always working to keep your costs as low as possible.

Returns

Unopened and unused items may be returned for up to 30 days for a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect as a result of our error, let us know and we will arrange to have replacement parts sent to you.
