I couldn't be happier with the customer service provided. I look forward to being able to get bases for all the winter village sets. Only suggestion I'd give would be to label the bases. I purchased several and needed to figure out which was which and them how to line up the buildings on the provided studs. The bases are beautiful and make my winter village even more fun!

This was the perfect piece to properly display the Imperial Star Destroyer. Well designed and the precision of the construction was exactly what I was looking for.

The tip in the stalk broke off so the top plate will not stay in place. Utterly useless. A waste of money.

Great case, large but so is the lego set. Happy with purchase and glad I won't have to worry about breaking the set whenever I go near it. Purchased with the tie interceptor, wish this also had a sticker background but the black is nice as is.
Easy to build, discovered I was missing some screws - reached out to customer service and received a reply same day - screws a couple days after that. Very happy with experience, recommend the vinyl sticker.

I'm still waiting for my Hocus Pocus Lego. I can't wait to display it in this case. It's very well made and the backdrop will make it look amazing. If you are on the fence don't be great value for the money.

Having recently bought display case, I was puzzled as to why it just didn't want to sit together, pic is a temporary until I get some acrylic glue. Also give yourselves plenty of time to peel the backing paper. Finally if ordering from Europe be prepared for a customs charge, I wasn't happy getting a bill for 100 euro. I'll have to source closer to home next time!!
